Building A Nourishing Life

Building a Nourishing Life

My vision is to prepare a basic curriculum that covers the basics of what it means to be healthy.  This curriculum will be for young children, approximately ages 3-7. I believe that teaching children how to be healthy at a young age is most beneficial for them.  So, with that it mind, the lessons will be designed in such a way as to explain to young children what it means to be healthy.  It will also give the student simple ways to make healthy choices.

Each core will consist of 12 lessons. It is my desire to have a total of 3 cores available: the first to focus on the body, the second to focus on food and diet, and the third to focus on the home and environment.  The content of these lessons will help your student (and you!) to make choices for a lifetime of healthy choices.

The following titles will be covered throughout the lessons.

  1. Are You Building A Healthy Future?
  2. Learning About The Body: Part 1
  3. Learning About The Body: Part 2
  4. Blood and the Importance of Water, Part 1
