Do Kids Drive You Mad?

How short is your fuse?  Did you know that you can increase your tolerance level?  That is right.  You don’t have to lose it on your kids when they act like…. kids!  You can have the capacity to be the adult, if you nourish yourself properly.

Today I want to share an article about malnutrition within the family and its effect on family relationships.

This is really two sides of one coin:

1) The children act up when NOT nourished properly.  This drives adults mad.

2)  The adults are easy to drive mad when not nourished properly.
